Job Stream shows you the work live and keeps the proof. The video, the hours, the photos and any incidents stay together in one record. You can show that record to a client or an insurance adjuster.
When something goes wrong, mark when it started and when it ended. That makes it an incident. The video and photos from that time are then locked. No one can delete them while the incident is on record. We never move, copy or change those files. The record also shows who was filming, and when.
The clock starts when a crew member accepts the job. After that, time counts only while their phone is inside the circle around the site's pin on the map. The timesheet shows each stretch of time: when they came in and when they left. A manager or supervisor can add a missing stretch, but has to write down why.
When you send out a job, each person gets a time to be there. The countdown starts as soon as you send it, even if they never open the app. You only get an alert about someone who is not there on time.
A subcontractor is another company doing part of the job for you. Their own supervisor picks their crew and sends them out. If a job has nobody on it, you see a red number on your Home page when you sign in. That way it does not get missed.
These are the people who keep the work on time, safe and done right. They can't be at every site at once.
Job Stream is an iPhone app on the App Store. Your crew downloads it and signs in. Then you can watch from the office, your truck or another site. You don't need to buy cameras, because the app uses your crew's own iPhones. Managers and supervisors can also watch on a computer. They sign in to the console, our website for running jobs.
